Who We Are



Drop Squad is a team of local young people who’ve swapped screens for streets — getting off the PlayStations and into the real world to learn responsibility, confidence, and the value of hard work.

What started as one boy wanting to earn his own money has become a youth-led delivery team helping local businesses get seen in their own community.

Leaflet delivery still matters. It’s one of the few ways to reach people where they actually live — not buried in social feeds or skipped ads, but landing directly on the doormat. For local businesses, that visibility is powerful.

Every leaflet we deliver represents two things:

• A business getting its message into real homes

• A young person learning what it means to turn effort into income
